in the?city?of?Fukuoka, Japan.It?is?typically sold?via food?stands?called?"Yatai," which?can?openly
seat?seven?to?eight?people in?an?outdoor atmosphere. Tonkotsu?Ramen?is widely reguarded as?one?of?Japan’s?top?three?styles?of?ramen.
The?ramen?features?a?rich?broth,?made?by?simmering?high?quality?pork?bones?for?at?least?12 hours?over?high?heat.?This?method?of?cooking?releases?bone?marrow into?the?broth,?giving?the broth?its?milky?white?appearance?and?gelatinous?characteristics.?Skinny?ramen?noodles?flown in?fresh?from?California?will?accompany?the?rich?broth.
